Book a RON Session here

Remote Online Notary with 20+ years in escrow & mortgage lending.

Notarize documents anywhere in the U.S.

Book in minutes.

How It Works:

  1. Book your session. Pick a time that suits you. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Same day availability.

  2. Upload your documents. Send them securely ahead of time, and don't sign anything until we're on video.

  3. Verify your identity. You'll show a government-issued photo ID and complete identity verification on a secure platform.

  4. Sign on video. I'll walk you through each step, watch you sign, and apply my electronic notary seal.

  5. Get your documents right away. You'll receive your notarized documents digitally as soon as we finish.

What I Can Notarize:

Acknowledgements, affidavits and jurats, powers of attorney, estate and legal documents, business documents, and loan documents, including remote and hybrid closings when your lender or title company allows them. Some documents and receiving agencies have special requirements, so I'll confirm yours before your session.

Why work with me:

  • Real closing experience. I've spent over 20 years in escrow and mortgage lending. I know TRID, and I know how one missed signature can hold up a closing.

  • Credentialed and trusted. I'm an Oregon commissioned notary and NNA-certified loan signing agent, background-screened and E&O insured ($100,000). I work on trusted platforms including Proof and Snapdocs.

  • Flexible and clear. Evening and weekend sessions, with straightforward communication from booking to completion.

Remote Online Notary

What do I need for a remote notarization?

A government-issued photo ID, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection.

Will my notarization be accepted where I need it?

A notarization by a properly commissioned notary is generally recognized across the U.S., but some recipients have their own rules. Tell me who the document is for and I'll check ahead of time.

Can loan documents be notarized remotely?

Often, yes, if your lender or title company permits remote or hybrid closings. Ask them, or contact me and I'll help coordinate.
